Why audio has to become video at all
YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Spotify Canvas are all video pipelines. If what you have is a finished mix, you need a video container before any of them will take it, and a static image on a black background is the laziest possible answer to that problem.
A visualizer solves the format requirement and gives people something to watch at the same time.
What goes into the frame
Beyond the visualizer itself you can add a track title, an artist name, cover art and a custom background image. Those are the things that make an upload look like a release rather than a placeholder.
Colours are yours to set. If your cover art is teal and orange, the visualizer can be teal and orange.
The conversion happens locally
There is no upload step. Your file is decoded in the browser, analysed in the browser and rendered in the browser, and the finished video is written straight to your downloads folder.

Is there a file size limit on the MP3?
Audio processing has no server upload limit. Your device memory, available storage and browser capabilities set the practical limit. Try a short recording before recording a long track.
Can I convert a WAV or FLAC instead of an MP3?
The file picker accepts WAV, FLAC, M4A and OGG as well as MP3. Decoding depends on your browser. The recording includes re-encoded audio, so use a good-quality source file.
Does the exported video keep the original audio quality?
The recording includes your audio, but it is re-encoded by the browser and is not a lossless copy of the source. Listen to the downloaded file before publishing it.
